THERAPISTS PICK THEIR OWN PATIENTS. You are then responsible for PMing said patients with a message saying that they're now with you. If you play a patient and are unhappy with their therapist, PM them, then an admin to request transfer,
Each therapist, by default, takes on five different patients. You may have more if you'd like, or perhaps less if you're running on a very busy schedule. Talk to an admin to work it out.
If you do choose to take on five, please make sure that every patient is a different risk level. You should have a level one, two, three, four, and five in your group. If you can, try to keep their groups diverse, as well. Group therapies are more interesting that way. (: However, if there is a shortage of therapists/patients, you can take on patients of similar levels and groups until things even out.
