PATIENT THERAPIST
They're responsible for making the patients better, basically. They encourage them to rant and rave about their problems, then try to control them. Not that it does some of them any good, but hey, a job is a job. There are also group therapy sessions, which aren't exactly popular with the patient population.
ASYLUM PROFESSOR
The Educational Wing opened years previously, but that doesn't mean any of the normal staff were qualified to teach. They had to hire actual professors to teach the kids. A single Professor usually tackles a certain grade, sometimes juggling more than one or tutoring the slower kids on the side. Unsurprisingly, they'd need a degree in teaching to score this job.
MEDICAL TEAM
The Medical Wing is capable of handling quite a lot of things, from smaller injuries like bumps and bruises to large scale things like minor and even a few major surgeries. So the medical team at Markham is skilled and impressive. Their contract also binds them into silence about where the injuries came from, should outside ears be listening in. After all, not all of the injuries are self-inflicted.
SECURITY GUARD
The general guards of the asylum. They are not assigned to any particular patient or area, they merely go where needed. Some of the common jobs include room guards (night shift) and bathroom guards (mainly day, one posted during the night hours) and lounge guards, which is only during the day. Security also manages the cellblock in the basement.
PERSONAL GUARD
For Level Five patients only. They're responsible for the guarding of a single patient, standing grim and sentinel nearby to ensure that said patient doesn't go for any of their fellow patients. They're armed with tasers and handcuffs, just in case, but some also carry about blunt objects and strike the offending patient if they get too out of line. The higher-ups don't do anything to stop them.
